Date Controls
Navigate the Calendar or Kanban board's current date from the top toolbar.
Previous / Today / Next
| Button | Shortcut | Steps by |
|---|---|---|
| Previous | Shift + ←, or Shift + scroll |
One step back, in whatever unit the current view uses (see below). |
| Today | U or I |
Jumps straight to today (or a no-op if you're already there). |
| Next | Shift + →, or Shift + scroll |
One step forward, same unit as Previous. |
The step size depends on the active view: Day moves 1 day at a time, Two Days moves 2, Three Days moves 3, Week jumps to the Monday of the previous/next week, and Month jumps to the first of the previous/next month. Kanban always steps by a single day, regardless of Calendar's view setting. "Today" snaps the same way -- to this week's Monday in Week view, to this month's 1st in Month view, and so on.
Jumping to a specific date
Click the month/year label in the toolbar to open a date picker and jump straight to any date -- unlike Previous/Next/Today, this goes to the exact date you pick with no snapping.
A separate, non-interactive label at the far left of the toolbar always shows the date range currently on screen (a single date, or a range like "Aug 18 - 24, 2026"), with a "Today" marker when it includes today. It's just a readout, not a button, and it disappears on narrow windows.
Auto-scroll to current time
A separate toggle (clock/circle icon, shortcut S, Calendar only) starts or stops the time grid
from automatically scrolling to keep the current time in view.
