Modules

Modules are Kalendi's main pages -- each one gets its own icon in the left toolbar.

Pages

  • Calendar -- your items laid out on a day, multi-day, week, or month grid. Kalendi's home page.
  • Kanban -- today's items as cards, organized into columns by status.
  • Item -- what an item is, how it appears, what it contains, and how to edit one.
  • Projects -- group your items together, each with its own title, abbreviation, icon, and color; optionally attached to a client, with milestones.
  • Milestone -- a phase or sub-goal within a project, with its own title, icon, color, and date range.
  • Clients -- the companies or people you work for, attached to your projects.
  • Analytics -- an overview of the items and notes across every project you belong to: counts, a status breakdown, and a per-project table.
  • Inspiration -- a quote to read for a moment of motivation outside your calendar and tasks.
  • Settings -- manage your account and configure the labels, data, and integrations Kalendi uses throughout the app.
