Settings

Settings is where you manage your account and configure the labels, data, and integrations Kalendi uses throughout the app.

Accessing Settings

Click Settings in the left toolbar.

Tabs

  • User Account -- your profile: name, avatar, and email.
  • User Account Settings -- app preferences: theme, language, date/time formatting, and display toggles.
  • Priority -- manage the priority labels you assign to items.
  • Status -- manage the status labels you assign to task/kanban items.
  • Item Type -- manage the item types that give items an icon, color, and background image.
  • Notebook -- manage the notebooks your notes are organized into.
  • Plug-in -- write a small JavaScript plugin that pulls data from an external API into your calendar automatically.
  • Data -- export a full JSON backup of your Kalendi data, or import one back in.
  • Import Calendar -- bring events in from another calendar app by uploading an .ics file.
  • Operations -- one-click, account-wide fixes.
  • Subscription -- your plan, billing, and subscription status.
